Who is the data administrator?

We run websites www.piteau.cz and some other websites. We are the administrator of your personal data: we determine how the personal data will be processed, for what purpose and for how long, and we select any other processors to assist us with the data processing.

Scope of personal data and purpose of processing

We process personal information that you entrust to us for the following reason(s):

Services
We need your email address or telephone number to provide our services. If you submit them through some of our electronic forms, we need your email address or phone number to respond.

Bookkeeping
If you order any product or service from our offer, we need your personal information (billing information) in order to comply with the legal obligations for issuing and registering tax documents.

Direct marketing via e-mail
We use your personal data (e-mail and name), sex, pages you visit on our site, what you click on in the e-mail, and when you read your e-mails most often, for the purposes of direct marketing - sending and displaying business messages. If you subscribe to any of our services (paid or free of charge), we perceive it as a legitimate interest in sending you industry newsletters, news and events. We shall do this for a maximum of 5 years after subscribing.

If you purchase any of our products or services, you as a valued customer will be receiving from us for 5 years industry newsletters, news and events based on the legitimate interest of the administrator.

In both cases, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the "unsubscribe" button in the footer of each of our emails. 

Direct marketing through Facebook advertising
When you visit our website, we express our legitimate interest to track via cookies what pages you visit on our site and then use this info for re-marketing and better targeting of advertising on Facebook for a maximum of 1 year after visiting the site. If you do not wish to see our ads on Facebook, you can opt out of seeing our ads directly on Facebook  via this manual or by turning off cookies in your browser, or changing your preferences for showing ads on Advertising preferences page. The information collected by cookies does not allow us to identify your name, contact information or other personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide it to us.

Direct marketing through Facebook Messenger
If you contact our FB site through Messenger, we will ask you to agree to receive newsletters about successful online business. We will only send you these messages for a maximum of 5 years after you have given your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying with the word "stop" to any such message, and you will no longer receive other messages from us on Messenger.

Advanced consent-based marketing
With your consent, we can also send you inspirational third-party offers or use your email address, for example, to re-market and target ads on Facebook. This can of course be revoked at any time using our contact details.

We retain your personal information for the duration of the limitation periods unless the law provides for a longer period of retention or we have specified otherwise in specific cases.

Disclosing Personal Data to Third Parties

Your personal data is accessible to our employees and associates who are bound by confidentiality and trained in the security of personal data processing. 

We handle most processing operations ourselves and do not need third parties. 

In order to provide some specific processing operations that we cannot perform on our own we use the services and applications of specialized processors and are GDPR-compliant.

Thanks to the right of access, you can appeal to us at any time and we will show you within 30 days which your personal data is processed and why.

If you would like to take your personal information and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as in case of exercising the right of access - except that we will deliver the information in machine-readable form. We need at least 30 days to do it.

Right of erasure (to be forgotten)
Another right of yours is the right of erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget you but if you wish you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from the system as well as from the system of all sub-processors and back-ups. We need 30 days to execute the delete.

In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation and, for example, we must keep records of issued tax documents for a period set by law. In such case, we will delete all such personal information that is not bound by another law. We will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you feel that we do not lawfully handle your information, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. We will be very pleased if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes.

Unsubscribe from newsletters and business communications Based on our legitimate interest, inspiration emails, articles or products and services are sent to you as our customer. You can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Confidentiality

We would like to assure you that our employees, co-workers and processors, who will process your personal data, are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.
